This Privacy Policy describes how the FTC Calculator app ("the App"), developed by Georgi Toskov, handles your information.

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All data you enter — including account balances, trade parameters, and account profiles — is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to any server.

Data Storage

All app data, including your saved account profiles and calculator settings, is stored on your device using Apple's standard local storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.

Network Requests

The App makes the following network requests:

• Fetching live foreign exchange rates from a third-party public API (open.er-api.com) solely to provide accurate currency conversion for position size calculations.
• Fetching live market prices from Yahoo Finance to provide current index prices. No personal data is sent in these requests.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Exchange Rate API (open.er-api.com) — used to fetch live FX rates. Please refer to their privacy policy at exchangerate-api.com/privacy for more information.
• Yahoo Finance — used to fetch live market prices. Please refer to Yahoo's privacy policy at yahoo.com/privacy for more information.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
